Customer Service RETURNS AND EXCHANGES At Barefoot Czarina, your happiness with our product is our main concern! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you please return the item to us within 10 days of receipt in the original packaging and in unworn condition via INSURED UPS or insured registered mail, insured for the full value of the piece of jewelry. Please send us an email at admin [at] barefootczarina.com prior to returning an item. Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Since each item is handmade to order, a 10% restocking fee will apply for returned items after 10 days. MATERIALS & ETHICAL PROCUREMENT Every piece of jewelry that we sell is individually handmade to order, and is created with genuine metals, gems, and other natural materials. We use semi-precious and precious gemstones, vintage coral, vintage leather, sterling (.925) silver, 14k gold-filled and solid gold, and gold vermeil. Due to the nature of the gems, there will be some natural variation from piece to piece that makes each piece of jewelry we make unique and special in its own way. Although few systems are in place to track the non-diamond gemstone and metals supply chains, we do our best to be educated about the origin of our materials and avoid purchasing items that may be related to unethical situations like child labor, conflict and environmental degradation. We also try to use reclaimed and recycled materials as much as we can. REPAIRS We stand behind the craftsmanship of all of our jewelry. However, if any piece is in need of repair within 60 days of purchase from normal wear and tear, we will happily repair it for you free of charge. After 60 days from date of purchase, a small materials and labor fee will be charged. Please email us at admin [at] barefootczarina.com before returning a piece for repair. Note: We will not repair tangled chains – although we will be glad to replace the chain for an extra materials/labor charge. In most cases, we will be able to create a match for a lost earring. Please email us to make arrangements. One half of the present selling price will be charged for making a mate to and earring. SHIPPING POLICY We ship all our orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service Priority Mail with confirmation. All UPS packages are insured. Please note the associated costs for shipping when checking out.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Residents: All orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air, which are the only available shipping methods to these states. An additional $10.00 or $15.00 (Alaska) shipping surcharge will apply to standard ground shipping rates. International Orders: Contact us about international shipping fees.
